Job summary

Copeland is seeking a skilled MDM Vendor Domain Analyst in Manila to manage vendor master data across Syndigo and Oracle eBS. You will process requests, triage incidents, set up records, cleanse data, and ensure adherence to data quality governance.

The role requires experience in data modelling, data quality, and data profiling, plus strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Chinese communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years in procurement or business support.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Advanced English and Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Process MDM requests, incidents, and datasetups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for vendor records.
• Triages and ensure timely processing of MDM requests and incidents.
• Set-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS.
• Correct defects and data quality issues.
• Validate vendor specifications across all systems.
• Monitor exceptions and enforce data quality policies.
• Maintain integration processes to support ongoing data quality.
• Write reports, documentation and operating manuals.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform data cleansing and validation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: MDM Vendor Domain Analyst

RESPONSIBLE TO: Master Data Lead

SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES:

• Processes MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups inSyndigoand Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.
• Triages and ensurestimelyprocessing of MDM requests and incidents.
• Set-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigoand Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.
• Corrects defects and data quality issues.
• Validate that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
• Persistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes.
• Maintain integration processes to support on-going data quality.
• Writes reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Perform data cleansing and validation.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a procurement or business support role

• Demonstrated understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling

• Experienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)

• Strong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in clear and concise business communications
• Flexible, well-organized and ready for self-development
• Detail-oriented

• Advanced English, Chinese
