Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise daily activities across a 70 FTE team within the IRR Clinical span and ensure adherence to quality and service targets. The role requires an MD with Internal Medicine background and 2+ years in medical practice, plus 1–2 years in BPO operations management. Onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, and cross-department collaboration to improve processes and scalability.

Qualifications

MD degree required, Internal Medicine preferred.
Minimum 2 years practicing as an MD.
1–2 years as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, supervise and be accountable for daily/weekly/monthly team activities.
Set priorities to meet Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT goals.
Coordinate work with other supervisors, managers and departments.
Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and judgment.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members and conduct performance reviews.
Offer expertise and customer service support to team members, customers, and providers.
Assist with additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
