Job summary

REDING MULTI MARKETING CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Television Host to lead a live-streamed variety show in the Philippines. You will oversee Run-of-Show timing, execute scripts, and guide performers to deliver high-energy performances.

The role requires 2–3 years in hosting or MC roles, excellent English, commanding presence, and the ability to sustain 4–6 hour sessions with humor and crowd control, while collaborating with production and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience as a Television Host, Radio DJ, Live Variety Show MC, Events Host, or top-tier MCN Group Stream MC in the Philippines.
• Excellent ability to interpret, internalize, and strictly execute production scripts.
• Strong commanding leadership with charisma and on/off-camera discipline.
• Exceptional vocal projection and stamina to host long live sessions.
• Fluent in English with humor and crowd-control dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Command and manage the overall Run-of-Show and pacing.

Job description

1.Absolute Show Control & Pacing : Command and manage the overall Run-of-Show. Ensure precise timing for segments, commercial placements, and smooth transitions, maintaining absolute authority over the livestream's velocity and audience retention.

2.Script Execution & Segment Directing : Take full ownership of executing the scripts and cue sheets provided by the Content & Operations Department. Ensure the live show strictly follows the pre-planned segments, games, and programmatic flow without unauthorized deviations.

3.On-Screen Talent Management & Discipline: Directly manage, guide, and discipline group members (streamers) during live streaming and pre-show rehearsals. Control their camera blocking, cue them to speak, correct any unprofessional behavior on the spot, and ensure all members strictly align with the planned script and maintain peak energy.

4.Atmosphere Driving & Hype Management : Lead the interactive entertainment, game moderation, and interviews between the group and the audience based on the script. Actively "hype" the live studio to sustain a vibrant, fun, and high-energy variety show atmosphere.

5.Ad-libbing & Crisis Management: Expertly handle live ad-libs within the script's framework, defuse awkward silences, and troubleshoot any unexpected on-set technical or talent emergencies to ensure a seamless, compliant, and flawless streaming.

6.Cross-Department Collaboration & Monetization: Collaborate with production crews (Operations, Talent Managers, Tech). Take proactive ownership of driving live revenue by strategically executing gifting mechanisms, platform diamond goals, and monetization call-to-actions outlined in the operational plan.

Qualifications：

1.Professional Background: Minimum 2–3 years of solid experience as a Television Host, Radio DJ, Live Variety Show MC, Events Host, or top-tier MCN Group Stream MC in the Philippines.

2.Script Script Comprehension & Execution: Excellent ability to interpret, internalize, and strictly execute production scripts. Proven experience working closely with director treatments or operational flowcharts to deliver structured live content.

3.Commanding Leadership: Proven ability to lead and discipline groups of creative talents/influencers. Must possess a strong, charismatic personality that commands respect and compliance both on and off-camera.

4.High Media Literacy & Stamina: Exceptional vocal projection, quick wit, sharp emotional intelligence (EQ), and the stamina to lead high-intensity 4–6 hour live sessions while maintaining peak authoritative energy.

5.Language & Humor: Must be highly professional and fluent in English, humor, and crowd-control dynamics.
