Job summary

PwC's Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Maximo Integration Senior Associate to support client needs with analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support for Maximo solutions. You will lead workstreams, guide junior team members, and help improve operational efficiency through integration-focused delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery across Work Management, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, and PM modules, plus designing complex automation scripts and enterprise integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
4–8 years of professional experience.
Proficient in English (oral & written).
Hands-on IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo MAS Manage (8.x/9.x).
Advanced Automation Script development (JavaScript Rhino, Jython).
Deep Integration Framework expertise: ERP/GIS/SCADA integration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Maximo integration delivery across modules.
Design and develop complex automation scripts and MBO extensions.
Architect and implement enterprise Integration Framework solutions (ERP, GIS, SCADA).
Analyze requirements and translate into Maximo integration designs.
Coordinate testing, validate results, and update solutions.
