Job summary

BHP is seeking an Inventory Planner to monitor, analyse and manage inventory to support our global operations. You will drive parts availability, review stock levels and collaborate with regional teams to align with Work Order scheduling.

The role requires SAP experience, strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a complex environment. You will mentor others and contribute to process improvements and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a commercial, business or technical discipline.
• Experience monitoring parts availability in a manufacturing or mining context is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and manage inventory to support operations and functions.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to optimise parts availability and Work Order scheduling.
• Assist in reviewing transfers and align Parts Availability with Work Order planning.
• Engage with end users and coaches to improve inventory planning processes.
• Support KPIs delivery and contribute to continuous procedure improvements.
