Job summary

Medtronic International Ltd is seeking a Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk I to support warehouse and material handling for production and distribution. The role is onsite in Singapore, with day or night shift options to align with 24/7 device line operations.

You will join a team focused on timely movement, storage, and availability of materials for manufacturing needs. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing, and moving materials, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with Kanban

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
Ability to perform material handling and warehouse-related tasks.
Willingness to work onsite in Singapore and support day or night shifts.
Ability to follow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against delivery documents.
Store, organize, and issue materials per warehouse procedures.
Support Kanban replenishment to ensure material availability for production.
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
Prepare materials for shipping and assist with outbound shipments.
Conduct routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures during handling.
Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
