Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring for a warehouse/logistics role in Pasig. You will plan, coordinate and track incoming goods, storage, and dispatch while ensuring safe, accurate stock management and timely cycles counts.

You will collaborate with Purchasing to keep stock levels adequate and uphold quality and safety standards for customers. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in logistics/warehousing, and are willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in Logistics, Warehousing Operations.
• Willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate incoming goods, storage and dispatch in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer and handling non-conforming product.
• Work closely with Purchasing to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Organise and perform periodic cycle counts and stock takes.
• Ensure product and service quality standards are met for customers.
• Follow quality procedures and targets strictly.
• Implement the Health and Safety policy and ensure safe working conditions in the warehouse.
• Represent the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of stocks and warehouse facility.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product
• Works closely with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Organises and ensures accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes
• Responsible for ensuring quality of product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer
• Ensures quality procedures and targets are strictly followed
• Implements company Health and Safety Policy, ensures safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse
• Represents the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required
• Ensures cleanliness and order of stocks and warehouse facility
• Performs any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Logistics, Warehousing Management and Operations
• Skills required: Inventory Management, Logistic Planning, Analysis and Forecasting of goods from ordering to shipment & Delivery
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City
• Full-Time position(s) available
