Responsibilities
- Ensure Service Operations' compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi-QPMS) and the Termite Management Program.
- Conduct technical advisory for Services that require site inspection.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports agreed with customers.
- Undertake periodic inspections for High Dependency/Key Account customers, discuss findings and recommendations, and seek agreement on action plans.
- Assist the Technical Manager with planning, scheduling, preparation of training materials, and conduct of technical training.
- Assist the Technical Manager in updating and coordinating the Authorized Product List with procurement and chemical suppliers.
- Assist the Technical Manager in conducting Service Audits and monitor Technician Performance Assessments (TPA).
- Assist in programs that support quality service within the division.
- Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objectives.
- Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operations as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
- Provide Insect Identification Service for branches lacking capability or to complement existing capabilities.
- Constantly improve knowledge on Pest Management through private study, association membership, coursework, and practical experience.
- Identify cases of recurrent infestation or lack of customer cooperation requiring follow‑up action by local Branch.
- Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendations to Branch or Service Heads.
- Conduct bi‑annual audits and ensure product usage complies with the Authorized Product List in all Pest Control Branches.
- Maintain accurate records of High Dependency/Key Account customers for review of Pest Management Program status.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of vehicles and equipment, and control technical materials/documents to prevent misuse.
- Drive SHE policy compliance and zero‑tolerance policy; achieve LTAR targets for Pest Control & Hygiene.
- Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are addressed urgently and in accordance with SOPs and the 2/24 promise.
- Be aware of and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to generate new business, up‑sell, and improve collection.
- Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences, and official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Must know how to drive a 4‑wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
- Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3).
- College Graduate, Vocational Course Graduate, or equivalent.
- Graduate of Agriculture or related course is an advantage.
- Fast learner capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Willing to receive training for career growth.
- Willing to work night shift.
