Job summary

Republic Cement is seeking a technically skilled individual to oversee receipt, verification, and standardized testing of concrete samples at the Tibay Hub, ensuring quality protocols are followed and materials are disposed of properly.

You will maintain testing machines via preventive maintenance and calibration, record data, and support demonstrations and customer visits with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, verification, and standardized testing of concrete samples, ensuring accuracy, compliance with quality protocols, and proper disposal of materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Tibay Hub and ensure the safe, efficient operation of testing machines through preventive maintenance, servicing, and calibration.
• Record test data accurately, prepare official reports, and maintain organized logs and archives of testing activities and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer visits by providing technical support and ensuring a safe, effective environment.
• Represent Republic Cement at events, promoting its products and technical capabilities through demonstrations and interactions with stakeholders.
• Safeguard and monitor the condition and inventory of company assets, reporting discrepancies and arranging maintenance when necessary.
• Support commercial and technical teams with other tasks that enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
