Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated in Laguna is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to oversee planning, scheduling and the timely availability of raw materials and packaging for production. You will coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent shortages and avoid excess stock while respecting cost and capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials for production.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure resources for production on manufacturing sites are readily available.
• Formulate plans to ensure sufficiency of resource materials for production.
• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules.
• Monitor stock levels considering costs, capacity, lead times, and directives.
• Assist in returning rejected materials to suppliers promptly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials required for production operations.




• Coordinates closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while preventing material shortages or excess stock.




• Ensures that resources required for production on manufacturing sites are readily available.




• Strategically formulates plan to ensure the sufficiency of resource materials to be used for production.




• Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials within and between departments to meet production schedule.




• Monitor and maintains a reasonable stock level with consideration on inventory cost, warehouse capacity, ordering point/lead time and conformance to management directives.




• Helps ensure that all rejected materials are returned to suppliers in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
