Genesis Santa Monica seeks a Master Technician to join our elite Service Team, specializing in luxury Genesis vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, delivering high quality craftsmanship.

You will document repairs per standards, collaborate with the service team, and perform maintenance with precision. ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred; 2+ years dealer experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Technician experience in a dealership setting.
• Genesis brand experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with luxury vehicles and advanced automotive systems preferred.
• ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document records of repairs, services, and maintenance per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with standards.
