Lead crew, supervise cargo operations, and conduct drills, with a focus on safety culture and clear reporting. Applicants should hold a valid COC STCW II/2, STCW certifications, and have English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification.
• Experience in leading multi-cultural crews and enforcing safety procedures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
