Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Master Data Governance team by creating, maintaining, validating, and governing master data across Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

You will handle Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, and other finance master data in Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other ERPs, perform data quality checks, coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and IT, and ensure documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in master data management or finance operations.
• Preferably with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MDM – Vendor/Supplier, Customer, Financials) and SAP (Supplier, Customer).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and validate master data objects (Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, Finance master data).
• Execute master data transactions in Oracle Fusion and SAP as required.
• Conduct data quality checks and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Support master data standardization, cleansing, and migration activities.
• Ensure compliance with MDG policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Business Units, and IT regarding data requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for processes, trackers, and audits.
• Provide support to the Process and Data Governance Manager on ERP/MDG projects.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:PROBATIONARY/REGULAR EMPLOYMENT

The Master Data Analyst will support the Master Data Governance team in executing day to day master data creation, maintenance, validation, and data quality checks across Finance, Procurement, and other business functions. The role will focus on handling Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, and other Finance-related master data objects within Oracle Fusion, SAP and other ERPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform creation, update, and validation of master data objects (Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, Finance master data, etc.).

• Execute master data transactions primarily in Oracle Fusion and SAP (whichever system is applicable to business requirements).

• Conduct data quality checks, review discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

• Support master data standardization, cleansing, and migration activities.

• Ensure compliance with established Master Data Governance (MDG) policies, procedures, and controls.

• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Business Units, and IT regarding data requirements and issue resolution.

• Maintain proper documentation for processes, trackers, and audit requirements.

• Provide support to the Process and Data Governance Manager in ongoing projects related to ERP or MDG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Finance, or any related field (other degrees also acceptable).

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in master data management, finance operations, or related functions.

• Preferably with working knowledge or experience in: o Oracle Fusion Cloud (Master Data Management – Vendor/Supplier, Customer, Financials) o SAP (Supplier, Customer)

• Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
