Casie's Restaurant is hiring a Butcher to cut, trim, debone, and portion meats according to our specifications. You will operate and maintain meat processing equipment while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of practical butcher experience, knowledge of meat cuts and deboning, and are willing to train in Malolos, Bulacan. TESDA NC II is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or practical experience.
• TESDA NC II in Meat Processing/Butchery is a strong advantage.
• 1–2 years of hands-on butcher/kitchen experience in food service or retail.
• Expert knowledge of meat cuts, deboning, and safe operation of cutting machinery.
• Willing to train in Malolos, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, slice, debone, and portion meats according to specs.
• Safely operate and maintain butchery tools and machinery.
• Inspect meat freshness and monitor cold storage and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory (FIFO), report shortages or waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely meat supplies.
