Get Linked Up, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist (Independent Contractor) in Manila to support a busy law firm handling personal injury and mass tort cases. The role focuses on organizing and entering client data in Excel and internal systems, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has mass tort/personal injury intake exposure, 2+ years admin data-entry experience, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with Plaintiff Fact Sheets is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• At least 2 years in administrative, data entry, or intake roles.
• Experience in mass tort and personal injury intake.
• Experience completing Plaintiff Fact Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient written communication.
• Familiar with legal intake processes.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize, input, and maintain intake data into Excel and databases.
• Create and manage Excel workbooks to track case status and leads.
• Review intake notes for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain real-time tracking logs of clients.
• Generate reports and summaries for internal use.
• Prepare organized summaries for attorney consultations.
• Flag incomplete data and coordinate with Intake Specialists.
• Refine data collection workflows and templates.
• Handle document tracking, electronic filing, and secure storage.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality compliance.
