London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Project Management Officer (PMO) to drive governance, planning and delivery across the Markets Operations Transformation portfolio. The role acts as a central control point, coordinating plans, resources, financials and executive updates to evidence progress and manage risk.

You will support MOAT and the wider transformation agenda, maintain a single source of truth for status, and enable senior governance forums with concise reporting and decision

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a PMO role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, delivery planning, RAID management, action tracking, milestone control and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience using Clarity or similar project / portfolio management tools for planning, tracking, resource management and financial control.

Aufgaben

• Operate as PMO across the Markets Operations Transformation portfolio, ensuring agreed project management standards, governance and reporting controls.
• Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio delivery, including scope, RAID, decisions, benefits and financials.
• Own and maintain coordinated delivery plans, ensuring milestones, owners, dependencies and timelines.
• Support the investment planning process, consolidating business line, cross-Markets asks and tracking CapEx/OpEx.
• Maintain RAID view and ensure accurate delivery status and executive reporting.
• Produce clear executive reporting for senior forums and ExCo-level materials.
• Maintain structured repositories for portfolio materials and embed an outcome-focused PMO culture.
