Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Operations Specialist for its mobility marketplace, onsite at the client's location in Colombo. You will monitor marketplace health, analyze data to identify trends, and drive growth initiatives bridging global strategy with local execution.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative execution, collaborates with marketing and product teams, and acts as a driver for scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency with formulas, pivots and automation.
• Experience: 3–4 years in data-driven operations, preferably in a marketplace or tech-enabled setting.
• Marketing knowledge or experience with digital advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily health of the mobility marketplace.
• Identify supply-demand imbalances and trends via data analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.
• Suggest and implement actions to ensure marketplace stability.
• Develop and own the growth roadmap for the category.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for local users.
