Job summary

Restaurant Supply is seeking a meticulous Marketplace Data Specialist to manage product data across major platforms such as Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depot. You will ensure accurate listings, update data, and work with bulk files to maintain catalog quality.

The role requires 2+ years of data/e-commerce experience, proficient Excel/Sheets use, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and support marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, or catalog management.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk uploads) is required.
• Experience working with large product catalogs and data projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces, projects, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings across Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depot portals.
• Enter and update product data, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
• Work with large catalogs and bulk data files (CSV/XLSX templates).
• Monitor listings for errors and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with merchandising, fulfillment, and customer service teams to align data.
• Generate reports on listing status, catalog health, and marketplace performance.
• Stay updated on marketplace portal requirements and data updates.
