Job summary

Welcome Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional in the Philippines (Makati) to support the local Marketing team with a robust calendar, campaign execution, and PR kit development that conveys the brand story.

The role collaborates with PR and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue through eDMs and paid social campaigns. The candidate will also manage Visual Merchandising initiatives, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee VM budgets while assisting business

Responsibilities

• Support the local Marketing team's goals through a robust Marketing calendar.
• Have a holistic understanding of Marketing Campaigns set for the year and assist in implementing plans in support of ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Collaborate in assembling thoughtfully curated PR Kits that convey Aesop’s brand story and values with PR and marketing teams.
• Execute the eDM plan for the Market, liaise with ecommerce, merchandising and retail teams to optimize revenue-driving tactics.
• Implement targeted paid social media ad campaigns for the market and conduct audience research to reach and engage them.
• Review monthly reports from the PR Agency to ensure details are concise and correct.
• Assist Marketing team in Business Development to identify opportunities to build and develop new and existing business relationships.
• Manage Visual Merchandising (VM) initiatives and support execution of marketing campaigns and events, including liaising with third-party suppliers and briefing store teams.
• Oversee VM asset procurement, production, installation, and delivery across stores, maintaining documentation and VM budgeting.
• Handle VM administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and reporting.
