Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Marketing Admin Assistant on a 1-year contract (renewable) to join the Marketing Department. You will provide administrative and operational support to the team and help prepare marketing documents using MS Office.

With a diploma and a willingness to learn, you will coordinate marketing activities, maintain records, and assist with ad-hoc tasks, campaigns, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field (Marketing, Business, Communications will be an advantage).
• No experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks and supporting the team when required.
• Approachable and willing to assist with urgent matters when needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing-related documents, reports, presentations and materials using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Support the team in coordinating marketing activities, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining and updating marketing records, databases and information in the company’s internal system.
• Assist with basic coordination with internal teams and external parties on marketing-related matters.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties to support the Marketing team.
