Job summary

Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead content strategy, social media governance, and multimedia production from the Head Office in the Philippines.

You will supervise the Sales Training Associate, coordinate with regional teams, ensure brand consistency across Facebook pages, and drive online selling initiatives. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on creative work, using Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, social media management, and multimedia creation; at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Extensive experience managing corporate Facebook pages and cross-regional social governance; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Facebook Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Governance & Strategy: gatekeeper for Facebook and regional sites; ensure brand compliance.
• Multimedia Design & Creative Production: design visuals and create video content for online selling.
• Sales Enablement & Training Alignment: align materials with marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media trends.
• Leadership & Team Supervision: supervise/Sales Training Associate and LMS activities.
