• Collect and analyze data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM dashboards, and marketing tools.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance across website, email, social media, and paid ads.
• Create clear reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify trends in customer behavior and recommend ways to improve content, engagement, and conversion.
• Provide insights that support acquisition, retention, and overall marketing strategy.
• Present findings and recommendations to Marketing Leaders and Senior Management.
