Job summary

ViVA COMMUNICATIONS INC. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing processes from planning to execution and evaluation.

You will develop and oversee campaigns, identify market trends and customer insights, build relationships with media agencies and vendors, and coordinate content and digital assets.

Additionally, you will support event planning, oversee sponsorship activities, and guide strategic action plans with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• With a bachelor's degree, major in marketing, business management, communication arts, or any related course
• With at least 2 years of extensive work experience in media & corporate partnerships and marketing management
• Must be creative and be adept in digital work
• Must be able to plan marketing strategies and recommend action plans to achieve company targets
• Must possess good administrative skills
• Must have a vast network of contacts in media agencies
• Can establish harmonious relationships with affiliates, clients, and suppliers
• Must have a good command of the English language, both oral and written; must communicate effectively
• Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
• Must be a team player but can work independently as well
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hardworking
• Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
• Must thrive under pressure
• Must be familiar with the entertainment and advertising culture and environment
• Knowledge of or experience in the A&R (Artists and Repertoire) field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and oversee marketing campaigns
