You will oversee social media, AVP/ART content, and events management, while coordinating print collaterals and the company website. The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for layout and design. Experience in direct selling is an advantage; location is in Metro Manila with on-site work

Qualifications

• Develop and integrate communication strategy aligning PR, marketing, and social media.

Job description

The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for brand awareness (social media, AVP, ART, etc.), Distributor Support, Marketing Strategies and Events Management.

• Develop and integrate communication strategy for the company integrating PR, marketing and social media
• Implement communication plan to increase brand awareness
• Oversee content, design and layout of print collaterals: Synergy, Sparkle, product brochure, sales training brochure, promotional poster, flyers, price list, etc.
• Oversee development of company website and monitors its update
• Oversee ads and communication exchange in social media like FB, Twitter, etc.
• Develop detailed plan for promotions in line with marketing strategy
• Analyze sales metrics and target audience to determine type of promotional offer that would be most effective
• Identify campaign costs and allocates budget for each program
• Establish schedule covering design, development, production, and distribution of campaign material to meet launch date
• Handle planning and managing campaigns to support promotions, incentives, and new products

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any business course
• At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar or related role
• Possesses superior project management and time management skills
• Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design ability
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and can relate to all levels in the organizationExperience in Direct Selling is an advantage
