A marketing firm in Metro Manila is looking for a marketing graduate to join their team. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and managing the company's brand image. No prior work experience required, but digital marketing knowledge and content creation skills are preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The position is on-site and offers full-time employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• College Graduate preferably in the Marketing field with experience in market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and can collaborate and coordinate with department managers, sales and service.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and needs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
• Manage the company’s brand image and customer database.
• Set marketing goals and KPI’s aligned with our business objectives.
• Manage the company’s brand image and develop taglines and design templates.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns to generate interest.
• Develop marketing collateral such as corporate brochures, flyers and product catalogues.
• Manage online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM) with SEO Hacker including website, social media platforms, email blasting.
• Produce content like blog posts, articles, videos and job stories showcasing our products and services.
• Provide marketing support to the sales team with lead generation, sales materials and customer presentation.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events to promote our equipment.
• Set programs and customers.
• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools.
• Reports on marketing activities, effectiveness and ROI to GM.
• Work closely with department managers, sales and service to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners for marketing projects and campaigns.

Required Education, Technical Capability and Other Career Qualification

• No work experience required, however, knows how to manage the company’s brand image and manage customer database.
• Preferably knows how to handle digital marketing and knowledgeable in content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and can collaborate and coordinate with department managers, sales and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and/or clients at all levels.
