Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive campaign execution, design coordination, and asset management across digital and print channels. You will craft copy, update sales materials, manage Canva assets, and support lead tracking with weekly performance reports.

This role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience and strong English communication. Ideal candidates bring ability to coordinate multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines and thrive in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in Marketing (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
• Proven copywriting and content creation skills for emails, websites, and B2B content.
• Ability to work with Canva and create templated assets within brand guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple project timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Design Coordination: submit briefs, manage stakeholder feedback, roll out digital and print assets.
• Collateral & Sales Enablement: update decks, flyers, guides and brochures with brand templates and version control.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: draft short-form copy for websites, EDMs, and LinkedIn posts.
• Email & Web Content Management: build and test EDMs, audit websites, coordinate updates.
• CART & Request Administration: process requests via CART, prioritize tasks, coordinate with design teams.
• Canva & Asset Management: edit and approve Canva templates, ensure brand consistency.
• Reporting & Lead Tracking: update campaign trackers, maintain lead data, compile weekly reports.

As a Marketing Specialist, You Will

• Campaign Execution & Design Coordination: Submit creative design briefs, manage stakeholder feedback, and coordinate the rollout of digital and print campaign assets.
• Collateral & Sales Enablement: Update and maintain sales presentations, trade flyers, property guides, and brochures using brand templates while maintaining version control.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft short-form copy for website updates, email campaigns (EDMs), sales collateral, and B2B social media (LinkedIn) following brand guidelines.
• Email & Web Content Management: Build, test, and deploy EDMs using email templates; conduct website content audits and coordinate web updates with digital teams.
• CART & Request Administration: Monitor and process incoming requests via the Commercial Action Request Tool (CART), prioritize tasks, and coordinate timely execution with design teams.
• Canva & Asset Management: Review, edit, and approve templated design requests in Canva while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Reporting & Lead Tracking: Update internal campaign reporting trackers, maintain accurate lead generation data, and compile weekly performance reports.

Non-negotiables

What You Need

• Educational & Practical Foundation: Degree or formal training in Marketing (or equivalent practical experience) with 2–4 years of hands–on marketing execution experience.
• Copywriting & Content Creation: Demonstrated skill in drafting short–form marketing copy, email newsletters (EDMs), and B2B social media content.
• Design Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Canva (or similar design platforms) and confidence creating templated assets within strict brand guidelines.
• Organizational & Stakeholder Coordination: Exceptional attention to detail, version control management, and ability to coordinate multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills to collaborate effectively with hotel property teams, commercial sales groups, and external partners.

Preferred Skills/experience

• Prior B2B marketing experience within the hospitality, travel, tourism, or MICE sectors.
• Experience using commercial workflow management tools (e.g., CART, Asana, Trello, or Jira).
• Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Working knowledge of B2B LinkedIn marketing strategies and professional content engagement.
