Job summary

Wonderzyme Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a fresh graduate Marketing Assistant to create pubmats and digital materials for social media, promotions, events, and product campaigns. You will help plan live selling sessions and coordinate event logistics while engaging with customers on camera.

You will support cross-department collaboration with Sales, Production, and Admin, manage marketing inventories, and document events through photos and post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in graphic design, social media, live selling, or event coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to attend and support events outside the office when required.
• Able to handle multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create pubmats and marketing materials for social media, promotions, events, and product campaigns.
• Develop creative layouts, promotional graphics, banners, posters, and other digital marketing materials.
• Assist in planning and conducting live selling sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Present and promote products during live selling while responding to customer inquiries and encouraging engagement.
• Coordinate the logistics of marketing events, including samples, booth materials, banners, giveaways, equipment, and other needs.
• Assist with booth setup, ingress and egress, product displays, and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Admin, and other departments regarding event requirements and marketing materials.
• Maintain an inventory of marketing materials, event supplies, and promotional items.
• Assist in documenting events through photos, videos, and post-event reports.
• Support social media content creation and other marketing campaigns as needed.
