Job summary

La Chicae Curtain shop is seeking a Marketing Associate – E‑Commerce to support and grow our online presence across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook and more. You will manage product listings, respond to customer inquiries, and assist in live selling and promotional campaigns.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or related field with experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing. On‑site work in Bulacan, Philippines, with strong content creation abilities using Canva and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online selling, social media management, or customer service preferred.
• Experience on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in home décor, furniture, curtain, textile or retail industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in spreadsheets to monitor sales and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook/Meta, and other platforms.
• Ensure product listings are complete, updated, and visually appealing with accurate details.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouse and order-processing teams for timely dispatch.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information on sizes, colors, fabrics, installation, lead times, shipping, and promotions.
• Create and publish product-related content for online platforms, including captions and descriptions.
• Coordinate product photoshoots and videos to accurately show color, fabric, texture, and design.
• Plan and implement online promotions, discounts, vouchers, free shipping, bundles, and flash sales.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and publishing approved marketing content.
• Assist in live selling activities, including preparation of products, price lists, and post‑live reports.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales metrics and prepare performance reports.

The Marketing Associate – E-Commerce is responsible for supporting and managing the company's online selling channels and digital marketing activities. The position focuses on maintaining and improving the company's presence across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook, and other e-commerce platforms. The Marketing Associate ensures that products, promotions, prices, inventory information, customer inquiries, orders, and online campaigns are properly managed and updated. The role also supports content creation, live selling, product promotion, and monitoring of online sales performance to help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and e‑commerce sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly monitor the company's official online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook/Meta, and other approved e‑commerce platforms
• Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, updated, and visually appealing, including product information such as name, description, dimensions, fabric/material, color, price, variations, stock availability, photos, and videos
• Monitor incoming orders across all e‑commerce platforms and coordinate with warehouse and order‑processing teams to ensure timely processing and dispatch
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages, providing accurate information regarding curtain sizes, colors, fabric types, installation options, product availability, lead times, shipping, customization options, and promotions
• Assist in creating and publishing product‑related content for online platforms, including captions, product descriptions, promotional messages, and marketing materials
• Coordinate product photoshoots and video content for new and existing curtain products to ensure photos accurately represent color, fabric, texture, design, length, and overall appearance
• Assist in planning and implementing online promotional campaigns, including setting up approved discounts, vouchers, free shipping promotions, bundle offers, and flash sales
• Assist in managing the company's Facebook and other social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing approved marketing content and monitoring engagement metrics
• Assist in the preparation and execution of live selling activities, including preparing products, samples, price lists, promotional materials, and post‑live selling reports
• Monitor daily and weekly e‑commerce sales performance, track metrics such as total sales, number of orders, conversion rate, store visits, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e‑commerce performance reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online selling, social media management, or customer service is preferred
• Experience handling Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Experience in the home décor, furniture, curtain, textile, or retail industry is an advantage
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to use spreadsheets for monitoring sales and inventory
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and good communication skills
• Customer‑service oriented, creative, and resourceful
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and willing to learn new e‑commerce tools and platforms
• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments and has initiative to identify issues without waiting for instructions
• Knowledgeable with Canva or Photoshop is a must
