Reyes Tacandong & Co. is seeking a Marketing Content Lead to bridge creative production with strategic service delivery. The role combines hands-on content creation with leadership of marketing initiatives to ensure on-brand assets across channels.

You will guide multimedia production, support thought leadership, and maintain brand integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–4 years of creative experience with marketing project management.
• Advanced knowledge of modern digital content tools.

Responsabilités

• Marketing Services Leadership: lead internal creative requests across departments to deliver on strategy.
• Strategic Content Production: conceptualize and create multimedia assets for social media, thought leadership, and digital campaigns.
• Video & Audio Direction: oversee shooting, editing, and post-production for brand storytelling.
• Thought Leadership Support: assist in framing and distributing technical articles with proper captions and visuals.
• Brand Stewardship & Quality Control: ensure brand voice remains humble, professional, and concise while enforcing guidelines.
• Project Coordination: manage workflows for brand assets and creative requests as main point of contact.
