Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig) is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator / Admin Team Lead for a hybrid role. You will manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee administrative operations in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

The role covers marketing project management, operations, and team leadership, offering a monthly salary of ₱55,000–₱60,000, hybrid work setup, and potential contract extension. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative leadership.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Label Address Change Project, coordinating with Brand, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines and monitor progress across 300+ SKUs.
• Process and monitor Advertising Standards Council (ASC) applications and approvals.
• Coordinate pricing documentation with Accenture, CDA, IT, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute company-wide marketing communications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for marketing employees.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Process purchase orders and monitor invoices for marketing vendors and expenses.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and office supplies.
• Ensure timely documentation and administrative compliance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Marketing Administrative Assistants.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies for manpower requirements.
• Monitor attendance, timesheets, and team deliverables.
