Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a versatile mid-level designer to support both marketing collateral and product design across our two streams.

You’ll create go-to-market assets, sales decks, EDMs, and brand-consistent visuals, while contributing to UX/UI work in our InstaDocs and design system tasks. You should be fluent in Figma and InDesign, comfortable translating briefs into polished outputs, and able to collaborate with the Lead Designer while aligning with Melbourne

THE SHAPE OF THE ROLE

This is a hybrid position supporting the Lead Product Designer across two distinct but connected streams of work. Depending on business priorities at any given time, you will move between marketing and graphic design, producing go-to-market collateral for new feature launches, building sales decks and pitch presentations, designing EDMs, and creating brand-consistent assets for the wider business, and product design, contributing to UX and UI work across our portals and InstaDocs, supporting design system tasks, and helping translate product decisions into polished, devready outputs.

WHAT WE NEED

• A mid-level designer with a genuine foundation in both marketing/graphic design and product design, not a specialist in one with surface-level exposure to the other
• Solid UX and UI skills, with comfort working within an established design system in Figma
• Strong presentation and deck design skills, as it's a consistent part of the workload
• Fluent in Figma and InDesign
• Able to take a brief and run with it, while staying open to direction from the Lead Designer
• Comfortable working at pace across varied output types, from a user flow to a polished pitch deck
• Able to work with reasonable overlap to Melbourne hours (AEST)
