Job summary

Teciem, a leading treasury and capital markets software provider, is expanding its Manila marketing function and seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to drive day-to-day operations, automation, and reporting. You will own Marketo and Salesforce workflows, lead management, and cross‑team performance analysis.

Reporting to the London-based Marketing Operations Lead, you will build scalable processes, ensure data quality and GDPR compliance, and continuously optimise campaigns to improve pipeline

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands on B2B marketing operations experience.
• Passion for excellence in operations, knowledge of best practice in marketing ops and tech.
• Practical, hands on experience administering Marketo (programs, smart lists, forms, reporting).
• Practical, hands on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign objects).
• Comfortable reporting on KPIs including ROI, CPA, campaign performance, and marketing budget.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Marketing automation, campaign operations, lead management.
• Administer the marketing automation platform (Marketo) ensuring health, scalability and adoption.
• Manage integrations between Marketo, Salesforce CRM and other systems.
• Build, deploy and optimize marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms).
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve campaign execution processes.
• Lead lifecycle, lead scoring, routing and qualification frameworks with Sales.
• Campaign tracking and attribution modeling for pipeline impact.
• Data quality, governance and GDPR compliance across marketing databases.
• Establish campaigns ops best practices and templates for efficiency.
• Evaluate enhancements to marketing automation and explore AI opportunities.
