Job summary

Teciem is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Manila team. You will own marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution, translating performance into actionable insights for Field, Product, SDR/BDR teams and executives.

The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement across our MarTech stack. You will collaborate with global teams, drive efficiency, and help scale a modern B2B marketing engine in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on B2B marketing operations experience.
• Experience administering Marketo (programs, smart lists, forms, reporting).
• Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign objects).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and optimization of the marketing automation platform (Marketo).
• Manage integrations between Marketo, Salesforce CRM and other systems.
• Build and optimize campaigns, including emails, journeys, landing pages, forms and workflows.
• Maintain campaign tracking and attribution models for pipeline measurement.
• Develop marketing dashboards and reports showing performance, ROI and budget utilization.
• Ensure data quality, governance and GDPR/compliance adherence.
