Job summary

NEWCORE INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead bid proposals, assemble RFQ packages, and coordinate timelines for BOQ preparation and final submissions.

You will conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns across media platforms, organize product launches and events, and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences. A college degree in Marketing or Business Management and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience or more.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with charts, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in bid proposal preparation, including project lists, organization charts, and accreditation/support documentation.
• Prepare RFQ and bid proposal packages with deliverable lists and timelines for BOQ preparation and final submission.
• Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns across various media platforms.
• Organize marketing events such as product launches and media announcements.

• Take the lead in bid proposal preparation - project lists, organization charts and any accreditation/support documentation
• all RFQ and bid proposal packages to develop deliverable list, timeline for BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities and final package submission
• Participate in the conceptualization and implementation of marketing campaigns in various media platforms.
• Organizing marketing events and activities such as product launches, media announcements, and the like
• College degree, preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Management, or any related course
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Should be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have created or used charts, spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
