Job summary

Tech Kids PH Trading Inc. seeks a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives at our Del Monte location in Quezon City. You will drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention across channels, crafting strategies aligned to growth objectives and market position.

You will manage budgets, mentor a team, conduct market research, produce assets, and report on performance to senior management. Collaboration with sales, product and service teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content marketing and search engine marketing.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional and social media platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
• Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, content and creative assets.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate with sales, product and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners.
