Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing, branding, and digital presence for the Professional Certification Group. The role focuses on SEO performance, paid advertising, website and intranet management, market intelligence, and cross-office support.

You will drive campaigns, content creation, CRM/data quality, and budget tracking while collaborating with a remote/offshore team. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Google Ads and paid digital advertising platforms.
• Proven experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Proven experience with WordPress and other website/design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Marketing document design experience (nice to have).
• Experience with SharePoint (intranet administration) (nice to have).
• Experience with Mailchimp (nice to have).
• Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore team structure.

Responsibilities

• Brand, Website & Content: Manage and update the PCG website, keep content accurate and on-brand.
• Develop and maintain marketing content, collateral, and brand assets; manage social media.
• Develop and distribute EDMs and other client communications; liaise with PCG teams.
• Digital Performance: Plan, execute, monitor Google Ads campaigns within budget; SEO improvements.
• Internal Systems: Manage PCG intranet and support internal communications.
• Business Support: Assist tender materials, manage CRM data, track marketing spend.
