Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
• Align marketing strategy with company revenue goals
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly traditional and digital marketing plans
• Ensure brand identity consistency and oversee brand guideline implementation
• Oversee and Optimize Social Media pages
• Initiate lead generation strategies
• Create and Initiate campaign launches and partnerships
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly traditional and digital marketing plans
• Track and Report Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Qualifications

• 5+ years marketing experience preferrable in Health, Beauty and/or Service Industry
• Experience in digital, traditional marketing and brand management
• Experience handling multiple brands or business units is a strong advantage
• Strong business acumen
