Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E commerce, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiar with Shopee and Lazada seller centers is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Participate in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and online presence to identify insights and opportunities.
• Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging content.
• Conduct market and trend analysis to stay updated on consumer preferences and digital marketing trends.
• Conduct product research to understand features, positioning, and customer needs.
• Support the company’s e-commerce activities, including product listings and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and design teams for social media posts, digital ads, and marketing materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Overview:

STEQ Technological Solutions and Services Inc. is looking for a Marketing Intern who’s ready to gain real-world and practical experience into the world of digital campaigns, content creation, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and business objectives.

• Participate in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and social media initiatives.

• Assist in monitoring competitor activities, campaigns, product offerings, and online presence to identify relevant insights and potential marketing opportunities.

• Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across relevant platforms.

• Conduct market and trend analysis to stay updated on emerging consumer preferences, digital marketing trends, popular content formats, and industry developments.

• Conduct product research to understand product features, market positioning, customer needs, competitors, and potential promotional opportunities.

• Provide support in the company’s e-commerce activities, including product listings, product information updates, promotional campaigns, online store content, and other tasks related to maintaining and improving the company’s online presence.

• Collaborate with the content and design teams in developing social media posts, digital advertisements, product promotions, marketing materials, and other creative assets.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E commerce, or related field.
