Cash Management Finance, Inc. is seeking a curious, motivated Marketing Intern to join the marketing team, supporting promotion of loan products, client acquisition, and relationship management while learning how sales and marketing drive portfolio growth in financial services.

You will assist Marketing Officers in creating materials, conducting fieldwork, and contributing toward monthly sales and portfolio growth targets in an on-site role.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, motivated Marketing Intern to join the marketing team. You will support our Marketing Officers in promoting loan products, acquiring new clients, and keeping relationships with existing customers strong, while learning how sales and marketing drive portfolio growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build practical experience in financial services marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Loan product promotion and lead generation

• Help market and promote the company's loan products, such as personal, business, salary, auto, and housing loans, through social media, flyers, and community campaigns.
• Assist in identifying and generating new client leads through fieldwork, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and product guides.

Client support and application assistance

• Help explain loan products, interest rates, payment terms, and application requirements to prospective borrowers, under the guidance of a Marketing Officer.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and check that all required documents are submitted.
• Support follow-ups with existing clients to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage timely payments.

Research and reporting

• Research competitors' products and market trends.
• Help prepare regular sales, marketing, and client activity reports.
• Support the team in working toward monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.

Coordination and team support

• Coordinate with the Marketing Officers and with the credit and operations teams during the loan evaluation and approval process.
• Help verify customer information when required.
• Take on other marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented and willing to work toward sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of client information.
