Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to support campaigns, social media, and content creation. The role provides hands-on experience in marketing operations and digital promotion within a dynamic team.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team on day-to-day activities, assist in campaign execution, and help analyze performance metrics while developing professional communication and design skills for a real business environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related course.
• Must be a graduating student for Academic Year 2026-2027.
• Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic requirements.
• Preferably available for internship for at least 400-600 hours.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare captions, graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and other marketing metrics.

• Assist during company events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with departments regarding marketing requirements and activities.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and market information.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in marketing operations, social media, content creation, promotional activities, and market research. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team in supporting various campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.
