Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive on a contract basis to support marketing operations and execute the go-to-market plan. The role involves market research, creating briefs for the Creative & Web Team, planning events, and coordinating EDM campaigns with Mailchimp.

You will contribute to social media planning, content creation, and campaign tracking, while using Canva for artwork. Strong copywriting and independent work are essential qualities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications.
• Ability to perform simple copywriting tasks to support marketing content.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating EDMs and using Mailchimp.
• Familiar with Canva for the creation of artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of marketing operations and the execution of the go-to-market plan under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
• Provide daily administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operation of all marketing activities.
• Create briefs to the Creative & Web Team for the creation of marketing communications materials needed to support product and promotional launches/changes, customer communications materials to help achieve the desired business and communication outcomes in accordance to brand guidelines.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring all activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Strategize and plan the social media calendar with Social Media Executive as part of Go-to-Market planning and execution.
• Contribute to the creation of mock‑ups, email campaigns, and social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create and design EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) using tools like Mailchimp, and collaborate with the CVM team to execute recurring EDM campaigns.
• Support Campaign Manager in the execution of EDMs, SMS, Mobile App push notifications etc targeting existing customers.
• Assist in the customer segmentations as part of campaign executions, and necessary tracking of campaign effectiveness.
