• Campaign support: Monitor active marketing campaigns, help create reports on campaign effectiveness, and measure the return on investment (ROI).
• Data management: Maintain customer databases and compile data into charts and reports for presentations.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with other departments like sales, finance, and product development to support marketing initiatives.
