Job summary

Datumstruct Philippines Inc is seeking a Marketing Associate to plan and execute daily campaigns, research markets, and present ideas and strategies from Makati. The role covers creating marketing collateral, maintaining the company website, and coordinating events for product exhibitions.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication Arts with 2–3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing to support campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in marketing platforms and website development; strong visuals in Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Update database and use CRM system.
• Manage, coordinate and monitor internal marketing and campaigns on social media.
• Acquire and maintain contact with current and prospect key end user accounts via V-Tiger.
• Weekly meet with DSSG HQ Marketing department for updates.
• Attend trainings of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
• Perform other functions to ensure efficient operation of the department and company objectives.

• Perform and develop daily marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define market, participants, partners and the like.
• Plan and present ideas and strategies.
• To design brochure, poster, data sheets and to update presentation deck.
• Promote activities related to the company’s products and solutions.
• Compile and distribute financial and statistical information.
• Draft and proofread creative copy of marketing materials.
• Maintain and manage company’s websites.
• Source, organize and coordinate events and product exhibitions materials needed for an event.
