Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. seeks a Marketing and Events professional to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, including Show Villages and the Sales Pavilion, ensuring quality and availability of marketing materials.

The role requires coordinating with Marketing and Sales for collateral requests, managing on-site budgets, and reporting to the Head Office in Makati City. Willingness to travel between sites is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management/Communications or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing and Events.
• Knowledge in Inventory Management.
• Good management and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between sites.
• Willing to report in Makati City (Head Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality and condition of project sites including Show Villages and Sales Pavilion.
• Ensure availability and quality of marketing collaterals at all project sites' Show Villages.
• Act as a point person between Marketing and Sales for collateral requests.
• Prepare funds disbursement at each site and monitor site expenses within the approved budget.
