Job summary

Lexus Philippines is seeking a proactive administrator to support customer relations and marketing activities for Vehicle Sales clients. The role includes showroom management, event coordination, and content creation across social media and campaigns.

The candidate will assist during marketing events, prepare materials for new car releases, and help train staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This on-site position offers exposure to showroom operations and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Schedule test drive reservations for sales/media and car displays for events
• Assist Vehicle Sales customers and act as receptionist when Sales Consultant is unavailable
• Prepare and monitor items for new car releases
• Assist during Marketing Events: Genchi Genbutsu, Ingress and Egress
• Ensure showroom is in perfect order and presentable
• Contribute in creating CRD and Marketing SOPs
• Evaluate customer research, marketing conditions and competitor data
• Monitor and steward marketing materials and paraphernalia
• Support Customer Relations training to ensure staff deliver excellent customer experiences
• Assist in Social Media & Content Management: liaise with agency, schedule and publish content
• Develop key visuals for campaigns and events; create PowerPoint presentations and marketing decks
• Propose innovative marketing ideas for customer events and activations
• Support planning of experiential activities to enhance customer engagement
