Job summary

Decor8 Enterprises Philippines Inc. is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to plan, design, and edit a wide range of graphics for print and digital media.

The role includes collaborating with marketing, delivering final layouts, and ensuring brand-consistent visuals across publications, websites, and campaigns. The candidate will translate strategic direction into high-quality design, create concepts by hand or software, and manage content uploads for multiple projects within a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them to the Marketing Manager for approval
• Designing, producing, and editing a wide range of graphic design for print and digital media, as well as photography production, including publications for print and online, page layouts, logos, stationery, leaflets, pamphlets, posters, and editing images.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations with software such as Photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
• Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.
• Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through the completion of a project.
• Obtains approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletter, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content.
