Job summary

Best World International Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a talented Photography & Visual Design specialist to plan and execute product shoots, create social visuals, and produce short-form video content for campaigns. You will manage assets, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing teams to deliver on-brand visuals.

The role requires hands-on photography, graphic design, and basic video editing skills, plus familiarity with AI tools to accelerate ideation and asset production

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product photography and digital design.
• Understanding of product photography, lighting setups, and basic camera operation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of digital platform specifications for social media, web, and email.
• Well-versed in typography with a good eye for colour and composition.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing multiple asset deliverables.
• Collaborative team player who works in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut) for short-form social content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Portfolio showcasing both photography and graphic design work should be submitted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end product photoshoots with strong lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
• Design graphic assets such as social visuals, banners, and campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok and other platforms.
• Maintain a systematic digital asset library for use by design, regional teams, and marketing.
• Resize and adapt assets across formats and platform specifications.
• Keep up with digital design trends and platform guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, mockups, and asset production.
• Collaborate with Multimedia Content lead on priorities and workflows.
• Partner with Content Marketing to fulfill creative requirements.
• Perform other design tasks as assigned.
