Job summary

Direc Business Technologies Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist to design multimedia content that aligns with our brand and campaign goals. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration across marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals.

You will develop assets for digital and print campaigns, produce motion graphics and videos, ensure brand consistency, and stay current with design trends and AI tools to enhance content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven work experience as Multimedia Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, Digital Content Creator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital and print media, including social platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate brand messages into visuals.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print campaigns, aligned with brand identity guidelines.
• Design and develop brand assets and materials for brochures, merchandise, flags, and promotional items.
• Produce marketing materials including e-commerce banners, landing pages, social media visuals, EDM, print collaterals, and short-form video animations.
• Create motion graphics and animated content to enhance campaigns.
• Edit and produce video content using industry-standard software.
• Design event-related assets and provide media/tech support during events.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across brand assets and touchpoints.
• Translate brand messaging into compelling visuals for target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to develop visuals for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up to date with trends and explore new tools to elevate design quality.
