Qualifications

• 7+ years in art direction, visual design, brand design, motion graphics, digital design, or related creative roles.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong portfolio across motion graphics, marketing site UX/UI, branding, and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of motion design and video production workflows.
• Knowledge of UX/UI for marketing sites, responsive and accessible design.
• Experience developing brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and define creative direction across motion graphics, marketing site UX/UI, graphic design, and campaigns.
• Lead designers to produce promotional videos, explainer videos, and branded video assets.
• Translate objectives and messaging into visual directions, storyboards, and production plans.
• Review and approve motion design for typography, animation quality, pacing, and brand alignment.
• Oversee UX/UI design for the Marketing Site and landing pages, ensuring accessibility and conversion focus.
• Ensure landing pages are responsive, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
• Build and maintain a scalable marketing design system and asset repository.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions for launches.
