The Marketing Assistant will assist in planning, ideation, and implementation of marketing campaigns for real estate and tourism projects, coordinating with suppliers and external partners. The role involves market research, database management, event support, and creation of marketing materials, with a focus on traditional and digital assets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, Commerce, Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts or related field.
• At least 1 year in Marketing and Graphic Design.
• Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Proficient in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project planning from ideation to implementation of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Conducts market/best use studies and market research as needed.
• Creates and updates marketing databases for real estate and tourism.
• Coordinates with suppliers and service providers for marketing needs.
• Performs administrative tasks related to marketing requirements.
• Assists or organizes marketing events and activations.
• Synergizes with other departments and external brands for marketing initiatives.
• Crafts and proposes marketing strategies for projects.
• Creates marketing collaterals and graphic design and multimedia needs.
• Coordinates partnerships with external organizations and government agencies.
